  • What are the monthly Condo Owners Association (COA) dues?

    COA dues for 2 Bed / 1 Bath are $499 a month.
    *COA dues are based on square footage.

  • What is included in COA dues?

    Pool maintenance, water, sewer, trash and common area landscaping, insurance from studs out, and laundry room maintenance. Please see budget and COA docs for additional details.

  • Is there an established COA Board?

    A board will be established once the developers sell 100% of the units.

  • Is flood insurance required?

    Flood insurance is not required.

  • How many parking spaces come with each condo?

    Parking is not currently assigned, but there is at least one available spot per condo.  

    Guest parking is first come first serve.

  • Are there any restrictions regarding pets?

    Two domestic pets per condo are allowed.
